Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 13, 2026 · Last Updated: March 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dyslexAI LLC website located at dyslexai.io and any associated products, services, or communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing this website or contacting dyslexAI LLC, you agree to these Terms.

dyslexAI LLC is a New York limited liability company (“dyslexAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) with its principal place of business in Sullivan County, New York.

1. Products Are in Development

cardNL™ and SPATaiL™ are currently in development and not yet available for public use. This website is a pre-launch informational site. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a binding commitment to deliver any product or service at any particular time, price, or specification.

Contacting us about early access or pilot programs does not create a contractual obligation on the part of dyslexAI LLC.

2. AI-Generated Results — Important Limitation

dyslexAI's products use artificial intelligence and computer vision to analyze photographs and generate measurements, component identifications, and code compliance assessments. These outputs are AI-generated estimates and are not a substitute for professional inspection, licensed engineering review, or legal compliance determination.

Specifically:

  • Spatial measurements derived from photographs are approximations. Accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, angle, and other factors.
  • MEP component detection may miss components, misclassify components, or identify components that are not present.
  • Building code cross-referencing reflects AI interpretation of code requirements and does not constitute a legal determination of compliance or non-compliance.
  • AI-generated inspection reports are documentation aids, not official inspection records.

dyslexAI LLC does not warrant that any output from its products is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. All AI-generated results should be independently verified by a qualified professional before being relied upon for construction, permitting, purchasing, legal, or safety decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

dyslexAI™, cardNL™, and SPATaiL™ are trademarks of dyslexAI LLC. All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and software descriptions — is the property of dyslexAI LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this site without express written permission from dyslexAI LLC.

4. Third-Party Technology

dyslexAI's products incorporate open-source and third-party technologies including computer vision models and large language model APIs. Use of these products will be subject to applicable third-party license terms. dyslexAI LLC does not claim ownership of underlying open-source model weights or third-party APIs.
