6. AI Products and Your Data — Future Notice

When cardNL™ and SPATaiL™ launch, users will submit photographs and other data for AI analysis. A comprehensive data processing notice covering how submitted images are handled, stored, retained, and used for model improvement will be published before any product is made available. Pilot program participants will receive a data processing agreement prior to use.

7. Children's Privacy

This website and our products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at founder@dyslexai.io and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information you share with us. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
